The LGBT Community Center of the Desert (The Center), as a part of their SAGEWorks job training program, is pleased to announce a free seminar titled “Transgender in the Workplace.” Presenters for the seminar are professional recruiters Joe McCormack and Justin Warren of McCormack & Warren Diversity Search Consultants. Topics to be addressed include: disclosure, risks/consequences, employer HR policies, gender documentation, preparing for interviews, and dealing with a hostile work environment, among others.
